Lost 7.8 Pounds in 8 Days!

I have lost 7.8 pounds in eight days without diet pills or starving myself.  Seriously.  I don't have time to write all about it right now but I wanted to put a reminder here for myself to post about it.  After years of struggling with my weight and thyroid, it's nice to start to see less padding! 

I'll post about it soon!

How did you do it? I'm currently struggling with thyroid issues - I have gained 40 lbs in the past couple of years and need help, please!!

I just posted with a link to how I did it. This is by far the best, and healthiest, diet I've even heard of or tried. No pills. No starving. Total healthy eating! Shouldn't even call it a diet-eating plan, lifestyle change...those are better words.

I just lost 8lbs in 8 days as well on Atkins. I am never hungry, and I it forces me to eat more greens in my diet, which I was lacking. yes, I do have cravings, but the weight loss is my inspiration. Keep up the good work!!
