Hip Hop Abs by Beachbody

I started Hip Hop Abs last week.  I ordered it from my Beachbody Coach at Live Core Fitness.  It's on sale right now!! More than half off.  Beachbody is the same company who offers P90X and Insanity.

It is actually fun.  I used to love to dance so I am trying to get my groove back while trying to get rid of baby belly from four kids.

I am starting Insanity after I do Hip Hop Abs for awhile. I have to work up to Insanity!
